Huuu..saya confuse. Saya dalam dilemma. Kalau ditimbang2, masing2 ada kelebihan tersendiri. Okeh, mari senaraikan apa kelebihan masing2.
Apartment Palma Puteri, Kota Damansara
- Housemate is the owner whom a single mother with 3 children. Tapi anak2 tak duduk situ. Just datang sekali sekali at least once in a month.
- House is fully furnished with Astro
- Small unfurnished room
- Rent is RM250 per month exclude utilities.
- Deposit is 1+1. No deposit for utilities.
- Parking space available only at visitor parking but subjected to siapa cepat dia dapat.
- Easy to move out with deposit.
D'Rimba Condominium, Kota Damansara
- Has 3 existing muslim lady housemates.
- House is fully furnished with Astro
- Small unfurnished room
- Rent is RM250 per month exclude utilities.
- Deposit is 2+1+RM100 utilities deposit.
- Ample parking space. Everyone can park inside even if no sticker.
- Have condo facitilities ie: swimming pool, gym, club house. etc
- To move out need to find a new tenant to refund the deposit.
Okey, now my concerns are those that are highlighted in purple. I really need a parking space to make sure that my car is safe enough. But at the same time I want a room that I can move out easily because I plan to do so in Dec'09.
Obviously, I prefer the condo but then at the second thought, can I easily get a replacement in order to refund my deposit? Both the condo and Apartment are not a public transport friendly which means you need a car to get there or to go to another places. So I am afraid that I wont get any new resident to replace me and thus, burnt my RM500 deposit. Wooooo..Mau nangis kalau burnt.
But then, the apartment is not bad just that I'm afraid I will be coming back late from work and no parking space anymore. And become worst if my car would scratch or get bump to other car since I dont have a proper parking. But afterall, I dont need to think of a replacement and can easily get my deposit back.
Ohhh my. Why so hard?? Sila bantu, my dearest friends!:(

ape kate, ko sewa umah Palma tu, tp ko sewa parking Rimba. Habis cerita. Kete pun live happily ever after. Hehe...sori gurau2 jgn marah nnt dah tak comel.
